Lindberg & Co. started with a fairly simple idea: buying, building or renovating a property abroad shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job.

It sounds obvious. It isn’t always.

Different languages, different ways of working, contractors, architects, permits, deliveries, unexpected surprises... and somehow there is always one more thing that nobody mentioned at the beginning.

Our job is to combine a Scandinavian way of working, planning properly, communicating clearly and actually answering the phone, with trusted local people who know how things work on the ground. We take care of the details, the coordination and, when necessary, the occasional headache, so our clients don’t have to.

Because we believe a well-managed property project should be exciting for the right reasons. Ideally, the biggest surprise should be how smoothly it went.
